Dr. Ron Klingsick
Senior Pastor

Ron has served as pastor of Arp Emmanuel Baptist since July 1994. His ministry objective is to consistently preach the Word of God and lead the church to win the lost and develop the saved.

He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Wichita State University in 1979 and a Master of Divinity Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas in 1982. He also received his Doctorate of Ministry Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1991.

Ron and his wife Shirley have been married since 1979 and have over 30 years of full-time ministry experience together. They have two daughters: Kellie and Allison. Shirley has a B.A. Degree in Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University and a Master of Business Administration Degree the University of Texas at Tyler.

Tommy Harden
Associate Pastor, Minister of Music & Youth

Tommy has served as Associate Pastor, Senior Adult Ministries Coordinator, and Minister of Music and Youth since May 1987. He also preaches in the Senior Pastor's absence for worship services, weddings, and funerals.

He received his Associate of Arts Degree from Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas. Tommy completed additional studies in Performing Arts at North Central Michigan College in Petoskey, Michigan in 1978. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in General Studies at the University of Texas at Tyler in 1995. In all three venues of study, Tommy performed with various choral groups and ensembles.

Tommy and his wife Tammy have been married since 1981 and have over 28 years of full-time ministry experience together. They have two daughters: Trista and Taylor. Along with his musical interests, Tommy also enjoys golf, volleyball, softball, fishing, hunting, swimming, cooking, and yard work.

Clayton White
Youth Minister

Clayton began serving at Arp Emmanuel as the Youth Minister in January 2018. He has received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Tyler in 2016 and has been working on his Master’s in Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Clayton and his wife Lacey have been married since 2016 and have been doing ministry part time together since March 2016. Clayton and Lacey have one daughter: Lylah. Along with serving in ministry, Clayton enjoys spending time with his family, reading, tennis, and working with his dogs.
